The following terms of use is a contractual agreement between you, as a user of our site or services and Eco Prisme Distribution, owner and operator of ecoprisme.com. Before using our site or purchasing our services, you must read the following Terms of Use.
Through the acquisition of our services, or by browsing our site, you are consenting to the following Terms and Conditions. If you have concerns or do not wish to adhere to or accept these terms, please do not use our site, or purchase our services.
Description of Services
ecoprisme.com provides our insulating paint, and the entire range of products currently distributed by the company with a view to sustainable development and preservation of our natural resources. We also provides a user-friendly platform where customers can purchase written content for personal projects or business needs. Our copywriters guarantee 100% original, plagiarism-free and engaging pieces. Our services include creating content for a press release, product description, articles, blog writings and websites.
Delivery of physical products :
For all orders of a physical product the delivery time will depend on the quantity as well as the delivery address. Our deadlines are usually from 15 days to 2 months.
The deliveries are entrusted to service providers who are not attached to the company eco prisme distribution. Therefore the company no longer has control over the delay once the product is shipped.
Delivery of content
The requested content will be delivered to you via email in the requested format (e.g. Word document, PDF etc.). The content will be delivered within the chosen time; Standard Delivery is 5-7 working days and Express Delivery is 2-3 working days. Once received you have three working days to ask for edits to be made. If you do not submit a revision request within the set timeframe, the content will be irrevocably deemed completed.
Fees, Payments and Refunds
For all physical products the customer has a withdrawal period of 11 days after the purchase of the product to be able to cancel his purchase. In case of return of the product, please note that only unopened products will be the subject of a refund request. With regard to the weight of the product the return of the product will be at the expense of the customer. Any damage found on the product will lead to a refund cancellation
The price displayed for any service includes one revision, any additional revisions or edits will be charged at an extra 10% of the original cost. The fee is determined by the service type, word count and formatting requirements.
When purchasing a product or service, you are required to register a customer account with us and agree to pay in full all charges on your account before we can start working on your project. You are accountable for upkeeping the security of your account login details. Our copywriters will not begin working on your project unless payment is received in full.
Our services are of the highest quality, proofread, plagiarism-free and completed to meet your written instructions. Refund requests for completed and delivered pieces are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Customer Cancellation Policy
If the final product does not meet your standards a refund may be arranged under certain circumstances. In order to request a refund, you must get in contact with us via email at [email protected]. Once the refund request has been sent, you can expect an email back from us within 48 hours.
Copyright
All content, trademarks, logos, and graphical work displayed on our site are original and rightfully owned by ecoprisme.com. Thus, protected by copyright law, meaning that you do not have the right to use, copy, download or distribute any content displayed on our site. Should you be found guilty of copyright infringements, we will terminate your account immediately and shall report and prosecute lawbreakers of our copyrights.
Customer Rights
Upon receiving full payment for our services, all intellectual property rights for written content produced by us is transferred to you. Thus, you will receive the exclusive licence and right to display, use, reproduce, distribute, publish, or modify written products for you to use freely on any media or communication platform.

The members of our complaints handling team are trained to handle complaints fairly and efficiently.
Please provide us with as much information as you can about your order and about the reason for your complaint.
We will acknowledge your complaint within seven (7) business days of receipt. We will investigate your complaint and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation. We will respond to your complaint in writing within fifteen (15) business days, provided we have all necessary information and have completed any investigation required. In cases where further information or investigation is required, we will work with you to agree on reasonable alternative timeframes. We will also keep you informed about the progress of our response at least every ten (10) business days, unless you agree otherwise.
If you are dissatisfied with our decision on your complaint, you may file a dispute. We will respond to your dispute in writing within ten (10) days provided we have all necessary and have completed any further investigation required. In cases where further information or investigation is required, we will work with you to agree on reasonable alternative timeframes. We will also keep you informed about the progress of our response at least every ten (10) business days, unless you agree otherwise.
If you are dissatisfied with our decision on your dispute, we will treat your dispute as a Stage 2 complaint and refer it to our internal dispute resolution committee.
Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure
Your complaint will be reviewed by our internal dispute resolution committee, as they are independent from our complaint handling team and are committed to reviewing disputes objectively, fairly and efficiently.
We will respond to your dispute with a written internal dispute determination within ten (10) business days provided we have all necessary information and have completed any investigation required. In cases where further information or investigation is required, we will work with you to agree on reasonable alternative timeframes. We will also keep you informed about the progress of our review at least every ten (10) business days, unless you agree otherwise.
Limited liability
You agree that Eco prisme Distribution will not be liable for any special or consequential losses, damages, or compensation that result from any misappropriation of our produced content or information displayed on our site.
Indemnification
Upon purchasing our services, you agree to not use our website for any unlawful purposes such as, but not limited to harassment, defamation, abuse, indecent or racially offensive or anything that violates applicable law because of your doings. Thus, you hereby agree to Eco prisme distribution and all affiliates at your sole cost and expense from all liabilities, expenses and claims (without limit) that emerge from your use or misuse of our website, including, without limitation, any violation committed by you of our Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
By accepting our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy policy, you acknowledge that the laws of Luxembourg govern the use of our site and services. If ever a claim is made, both parties adhere to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Luxembourg.
